Our buffet serves an abundant selection of fresh salads and fruits, and an authentic homemade offering of pierogi, blintzes, stuffed cabbage, potato pancakes, polish sausage and sauerkraut, as well as traditional American fare, such as fried chicken, baked ham, roast round of beef, mashed potatoes and gravy.
